Delete Your D Line Account

You can request permanent deletion of your D Line account and all associated personal data. Requests are processed within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

Two ways to get started.

If you still have the app

Open the D Line app, then navigate to:

Settings → Delete Account

Your deletion request will be queued immediately and processed within 30 days.

If you've uninstalled the app

Send an email to our support team with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include your registered email address and, if available, your account ID.

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • Call history and voicemails associated with your account
  • SMS messages you sent or received via D Line
  • Connected devices and saved settings

What we keep

Legally required retention:

  • Billing records and invoices (7 years — US tax law)
  • Call detail records as required by FCC regulations (18 months minimum)
  • Audit logs of compliance-relevant actions
